How Can I Book?
* Check villa availability and send a booking request by emailing Reservations Team at info@batubatu.com.my or call us at +607 288 8000 / +6017 755 2770
(Reservation operation hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm from Mondays to Fridays, and 8:00am - 12:00nn on Saturdays)
OR
* Self-check villa availability and book for the first two nights at our website by selecting check-in and check-out dates at the top, then contact Reservations Team to add on the third complimentary night, subject to availability
Terms and Conditions for 3 Nights for the Price of 2 Offer:
1. This offer must be for a stay of minimum 4 days 3 nights at Batu Batu, between 1 - 30 November 2017
2. This offer is applicable for new bookings made between 1 - 15 October 2017 only
3. This offer is applicable for stays on weekdays and weekends; if dates booked were to stay between weekdays and weekends, the night with the lowest rate will be the complimentary night
4. 100% villa deposit MYR must be made within 24 hours from receiving confirmation from Reservations; villas will be released again for booking after the period mentioned
5. 100% villa deposit MYR can paid by major credit cards like Mastercard and Visa directly through our online booking engine, or by filling in the proforma invoice sent to you once Reservations confirms availability and signing on the form to authorise Batu Batu to charge your card remotely, or by bank transfer
Cancellation & Date Changes for 3 Nights for the Price of 2 Offer:
1. Deposit taken at booking: 100% of the villa rate for the duration of your stay (MYR)
2. Cancellation or any amendment of booking dates more than 7 days before date of arrival: 100% of MYR deposit
3. Cancellation or any amendment of booking dates less than 7 days before date of arrival: 100% of MYR deposit will be forfeited
4. Amendment of dates with promotional rates can only be used within the month of November 2017; any difference in rates for amended new dates outside November 2017, guest must pay the balance within 24 hours of change for amendment to be valid
5. For bookings made 7 days or less before date of arrival: 24 hour grace period from the time of booking is given for cancellations after which 100% of the MYR villa rate deposit will be forfeited
