Batu Batu’s PADI Dive & Activities Centre is situated on the island’s spectacular Long Beach. Rent a kayak to canoe around the island jumping off to snorkel in one of the reefs or join a dive or snorkel trip to the nearby reefs and islands.
Diving & PADI certification Dive Classes
Some of the most inspiring views to be had on Pulau Tengah are waiting to be discovered under the surface of the water. The Batu Batu dive team invites guests to explore the underwater kingdom where flourishing reefs and intriguing marine creatures thrive in the warm crystalline waters.
Entry-level PADI experience programmes conducted by professional dive instructors are available to guests as young as five years old to experience the underwater world. Guests can also sign up for PADI certification courses including a refresher course and PADI certification courses in open water, advance open water, and rescue diver.
We encourage advance booking for large groups, especially during peak holiday periods and weekends. For more information, please contact our dive team at firstname.lastname@example.org and click here to see our full Dive menu.
The dive seasons starts in March and ends in November. The activities depend on weather conditions.
Batu Batu has two recreational boats, our 24 foot Batu Batu Explore and our 32 foot Batu Batu Dive. Boat trips give guests the chance to explore further afield around nearby islands and reef sites. Please speak to one of our Dive & Activities staff members to organise a trip around the island or to visit some of our beautiful, uninhabited neighbours.
The dive centre also provides other non-motorise water sport equipments including snorkelling equipment (complimentary) and paddle boards and kayaks for hire (paid).
